To overcome such limitations, Faizane Taaleem Foundation will create women welcoming schools with girl friendly fee structures through its co-education culture. The School Management Body – called the ‘School Syndicate’ will manage school affairs independently, as per the policy guidelines provided by the Board of Directors of Faizane Talim Foundation. It will be a unique model of Public-Private Partnership, where the administrative head of the district government/deputy commissioner is the ex-officio head of the concerned school. The syndicate will consist of the DEO (female), a lady medical officer of the district, the principal of the school, a senior teacher of the school and two representatives of the parents’ body. The head office of Faizane Talim Foundation will keep informing the composition of these school syndicates from time to time.
If such a trend is supported through investment by government, profit and non-profit organizations to promote education, vocational training and professional skills, the day is not far when we can see India playing a leading role internationally.
